IGB provides site acquisition services for cellular and other wireless service providers who wish to expand their wireless networks. IGB offers a complete range of services from initial site candidate identification, to lease negotiation, and finally, to site zoning approval.
IGB's goal is to make the site acquisition process a timely process - our objective is to get your wireless site up and running in the shortest possible time while minimising the costs of the acquisition process.
IGB offers its clients a unique perspective. In addition to negotiating directly with cellular companies and other wireless companies for rooftop and tower space, we can represent cellular companies in locating and leasing space on other rooftop and tower sites.

Essentially, IGB can be on both sides of the negotiation table and have a full understanding of the needs and desires of all the parties.
It is anticipated that wireless communication technologies will become the predominant method for communication with projections of high market penetration of cellular phones charging the need for more radio sites.
IGB will help bringing the wireless communication industry and the real estate Owner together by locating wireless communication technologies on existing building rooftops.
IGB will also prepare the necessary site lease contract required between the two parties.
